Enjoy seamless event support with GCDE’s comprehensive design support, including specs and aesthetics for your event and location. We handle everything—from delivering and setting up your items to takedown, packaging, and return. Includes collaborative design creation of your vision. Connect your Pinterest and we will find the elements to create your personalized package. Pricing: to be quoted.
DIY
For those who love a hands-on approach, our DIY service allows you to pick up your items from GCDE Studio, set up your event your way, package and return items. Perfect for those who want flexibility. Option to add on ‘Strike Service’- where we will clear, package and pick-up rental items for 25% of rental order.

When you're ready to book, review your details to make sure you get the items you desire, sign the contract and pay your deposit and you will be all set until your final payment is due.

As soon as you know what you need! Charging an additional rush fee starting at $75 for contracts signed two weeks in advance of the event date.

No, cleaning fee is included on your invoice, 15% of rental order

Items need to be packed in the boxes and crates they were delivered in and include the provided package slip. However, if you have booked ‘Full Service’ or added on ‘Srike Service’ to DIY, we provide this service.

Yes. Add ons: 1 week before the event date. No subtractions- 30 days before event.

Cancellations need to be made at least 14 days prior to the event or no return on payment, unless a natural disaster prevents the event from occurring.

$50 delivery/pickup charge within 15 miles of studio, location on Mendocino Coast, Little River.
$100 charge over 15 miles +.70 cents per mile (per CA regulations).

Yes, it is included in our Full Service Package. DIY Package has the option to add on ‘Strike Service’- where we will clear, package and pick-up rental items for 25% of rental order.

No, but we do need a secure area out of the weather to place items until your arrival.

Additional fee for same night strike service. Call for quote $150 /hour for same night strike plus pick up fee.

Call your event person of contact. We are here to help. Please note most Mendocino Coast locations are remote and travel time is to be expected.

The full item amount will be credited out of your deposit and if there is a remaining balance we will invoice you the remainder.
